HUDSONmART 2023

HUDSONmART 2023 is right around the corner! If you are in the NE Ohio area, don’t miss this great day of local fun, music and food!  

This is an incredible way to spend a summer day with friends and family, and to support the very best local artisans, creators, and makers!

We are excited to say that Grandparent Merit Badges will have a booth at HUDSONmART again this year!

Last year, not only did we have a wonderful time visiting and talking with the many and various folks who came by to see the event and the Grandparent Merit Badges booth. We also loved chatting with the other artisans representing the show! . We really had a blast and below are just a few of the highlights from last year’s event….

2022 Highlights:

• Saying hello and swapping stories with people in the local community. We loved hearing the outpouring of love and affection as people shared stories about their families with us!
• Being able to share the GMB books with our community!
• Reminding folks about Grandparents Day and ways to celebrate this special occasion.
• Admiring the young children and go-getters showing off their own wonderful creations at the different booths.
• Witnessing the generosity of spirit and fundraising efforts at different fundraising booths was truly inspiring!
• The live music was excellent too! So much fun was had watching the kids (and the adults!) dancing to the fun, upbeat music.
  
  

It was a great day out for GMB.  We are really looking forward to being a part of this year’s event and we can’t wait to see you there.

Since the last HUDSONmART 2022, some wonderful, exciting things have been happening at GMB!

We’ve been published!  That’s right!  Halo International Publishing is publishing the 2nd Edition Grandparent Merit Badges and they are helping to  push our brand out to 190 countries around the globe - Woohoo! The 2nd Edition Grandparent Merit Badges books are currently available for sale on Halo’s website, as well as on the websites of several of the largest booksellers in the U.S. and across Europe! We will have both the 1st and 2nd Edition Grandparent Merit Badges available for sale in our booth at HUDSONmART this year - Come check them out! Grandparent’s Day is coming in just a few months…hint hint….

Our Friends and Family Merit Badges edition is coming soon!  GMB is spreading its wings a little bit further. As requested by popular demand, we are in the process of publishing a merit badge activity book not just for grandparents, but  for friends and family to share quality time together.  Visit back soon for more details!  

Dave is available to do your podcast!  Dave Grunenwald is the author of the Grandparent Merit Badges series. Dave is the proud grandfather of two young grandchildren. He has stories to tell and encouragement to give to grandparents and guardians on spending quality time with loved ones. Dave sincerely believes in the power of disconnecting with the digital and connecting with the ones that matter most in his life.
